As most eyelash scarves are of a rather loose woven fabric, I would line each pattern piece before sewing together to form the body parts. This will ensure strength once the bear is stuffed.

This bear is not meant as a play bear.

When lightly shaken upside down, this cute bear really does look frazzled.
